Our employee is composed of two religions, Islam and Christian.

  • Islam : consisted of 20 employees, with 13 females and 7 males
  • Christian : consisted of 2 employees, with 1 female and 1 male.

For females, the highest number of work hours is recorded in DKI Jakarta with 1092 hours, followed by 468 hours in both Jawa Barat and Jawa Timur. Sulawesi Selatan and Banten have the lowest, with 40 and 0 hours respectively.

Meanwhile, the most hours for male employees are recorded in Jawa Barat with 936 hours and 870 hours in DKI Jakarta.

In Jawa Barat, there are four (4) male permanent employees and one (1) female employee. Sulawesi Selatan only has one (1) female permanent employee. In DKI Jakarta, there are four (4) male permanent employees and two (2) female (2). Banten shows a balanced figure with two permanent employees for each gender. Finally, in Jawa Timur, there is one (1) female permanent employee and no male employees.

For employees under the age of 30, the company has hired 4 new employees and there are 12 employees exiting the company. For the age group of 30-50, there is a relatively low turnover with only 1 employee leaving, and no new hires reported in this category.

For male employees, the company has hired 4 new employees and 6 employees has exited the company. For female employees, the company has hired 2 new employees and 3 employees has exited the company.

The office of PT BATS International Group is deeply committed to prioritizing the health of its employees. Our workers have not undergone formal OHS training as their number remains limited, making it less efficient at this stage. Nevertheless, we remain committed to ensuring the safety and health of our workforce by providing effective and efficient OHS training through informal education and information channels such as briefings, posters, and educational videos.

As of the latest evaluation cycle, 95% of our employees received regular performance and career development reviews. These reviews occur monthly, tailored to evaluate each employee's performance for that month. They encompass recommendations for handling previous situations, identifying areas for further learning, suggesting necessary improvements, and more.
